Personal Equipment list for  camp  

Sleeping stuff:

c      Sleeping bag/extra blanket

c      Foam pad/air mattress

c      Ground sheet

c      Pillow

c      PJs and toque

c      Sleeping buddy (optional)

c      Small flashlight (invert batteries)

c      Waterproof container to hold all the sleeping gear (e.g. Stuff sack, heavy plastic bag,...)

Rain/Snow stuff:

c      Poncho or raincoat

c      Puddle hunting/winter boots

Eating stuff:         

c      Knife, fork and spoon

c      Plate, bowl and cup (Not metal)

c      Mesh bag to store this in

Wash up stuff:

c      Toothbrush and toothpaste

c      Soap

c      Towel

c      Comb

c      Washcloth

c      Sanitary Supplies

                               

Wearing stuff:

c      Full Uniform

c      Underwear

c      T-shirts

c      Socks

c      Long pants

c      Jacket or sweater

c      Running shoes

c      Hat/mitts/gloves

Other stuff:

c      Sunglasses

c      Campfire Blanket

c      Repair kit (needle, thread, spare button or two, safety pins)

c      Personal First Aid kit

c      Spare Batteries

c      Day pack (book bag)

c      Insect Repellent

c      Suntan Lotion

c      Scout handbook, paper and a pencil/pen

Things to remember:

1.        Pack all gear into a container e.g. back-pack that can be easily carried and moved around.

2.        Everything (especially cutlery) should be labelled with your name so that we can find its owner when the owner gets lost. 

3.        Gear should be packed by the youth with parental supervision so they know what is being brought.
