For each camping/outdoor activity the following paperwork needs to be in place:

- If you are going for a visit, tour or fundraiser:

group commissioner must be aware of the event
permission form signed by each parent
physical fitness form for each participant
emergency action plan

- If you are planning to undertake an outdoor activity or camp:

group commissioner must be aware of the event
completed camping/outdoor activity application
outing plan
emergency action plan
parent guardian consent form
physical fitness form for each participant
